### Job Title: Micro Loan Officer

**Location**: Various Villages (New Village Assignments)

#### Responsibilities:

**Starting Business in a New Village:**
- Identify and assess the viability of new villages.
- Assist the Branch Manager in completing surveys in the village.

**Business Collection:**
- Identify and meet prospective female clients for loan disbursement.
- Organize group meetings in villages to achieve business targets.
- Ensure prompt and correct completion of loan application and disbursement processes.
- Complete KYC formalities for all loan applicants.
- Conduct post-disbursement follow-ups and handle client queries.

**Loan Disbursement:**
- Assist the Branch Manager in completing loan disbursement processes.
- Ensure all loan documentation is completed accurately.

**EMI Collection:**
- Manage timely EMI collections from clients.
- Deposit collected amounts on the same day.
- Update the LTFS Collect app with EMI collection details on the same day.
